I often get this question a lot especially from those copywriting newbies that I meet.
“Miss April, can I really make money out of copywriting? If so, how much money do copywriters make?”
To be honest, there’s no definite answer as to how much money a copywriter can make.
It can vary from as low as $50 to a whopping $5,000 depending on the project you are working on.
But what’s certain is that you can definitely make money out of copywriting.
Way back 2012, I was earning around P10,000 a month through writing.
And I didn’t even realize that I was already doing copywriting back then.
But now I can charge up to $5,000 for a single sales page copy and sometimes more.
In fact, even in my freelancing network, copywriters charge a minimum of $1,000 depending on how big the project is.
But I am just a copywriting newbie, can I already charge that high for my services?
Of course.
Even if you are just starting out, you can charge fairly for your copywriting services.
As long as you know what you are doing and you have what it takes to write a converting copy for your client then it’s just fitting that you get rewarded for a job well done.
You see, when you are a knowledgeable copywriter and you know where to find clients who are willing to pay for your services then earning your desired income won’t be that hard.
Besides, copywriting is a billion dollar industry and right now there are a lot of businesses who are willing to invest in skilled copywriters like you.
